Fall Equinox Shamanic Sound Journey
Join a sacred circle to connect with the energies of the Fall Equinox to support our transition into this season of release. As the light wanes, temperatures cool, and nature channels its vitality into its roots, we too, will embark on a journey of letting go.
Our shamanic sound healing will harmonize you with the rhythms of seasonal change – we will shed what no longer serves and find renewal within the depths of our inner selves.
We look forward to revitalizing you from head to toe with soothing sounds of drums, rattles, bells, chimes, rain sticks, gong, quartz and metal singing bowls mixed with shamanic healing energy.
Your body will be deeply nourished by the vibration of the instruments as you journey to higher states of consciousness – the place where answers are revealed, insights are retrieved, and spontaneous healing happens.
Reserve your space on Monday, 9/23 from 6:00 pm – 7:30 pm at the Teal Center in Arlington, VA. Bring a yoga mat, blanket and pillow if you choose.

Marie and Liz are both trained in shamanic practice and have received special instruction in shamanic sound healing under Sound Healer Ann Hughes. We have received specialized training in drum beats and have hand crafted many of our own instruments.
Marie recognizes that the physical, emotional, energetic, and spiritual aspects of our human experience are all highly intertwined. Her own healing path led her to study a myriad of energy healing modalities. She skillfully weaves the contents of her eclectic medicine bag to support people wherever they are on their own healing journey.
Liz is a psychotherapist by trade and incorporates healing modalities into her work such as reiki and sound healing. She believes in the innate ability of all to heal and promotes peace through her healing sessions.
