Do you have a hard time drinking enough water?

The benchmark for optimal hydration is half your body weight of water in ounces. For example, if you weigh 200 pounds, drink 100 ounces of water daily. Then add an additional cup for every cup of coffee or glass of wine you consume. To make things more difficult, we actually lose our thirst when we become dehydrated!
