Do you ever find yourself pondering the possibility of something ‘bigger’ than yourself? And if so, how does that manifest in your daily life?

  • a) It’s a priority that helps to fuel my everyday life!
  • b) It’s a belief system that runs in the background – but I have too many earthly responsibilities in the way right now.
  • c) Spirituality is something I’m very curious about and would love to connect deeper to, but I’m not sure how.
  • d) I show up to a weekly service to check that box.

Kudos to you if you answered ‘a’.

If you identified with the above sentiments in b-d, I believe there’s an opportunity that aligns with your path.

In our Western culture, we prioritize physical well-being through exercise, nutrition, self-care, and supplementation. However, we often overlook the crucial internal healing that comes from addressing buried traumas, transforming inherited beliefs, and overcoming unwarranted fears.

The process of transmuting trauma into strength can be arduous, but enhancing our inner light becomes a vital resource in this journey. It’s akin to nourishing ourselves with a spiritual vitamin—one that sustains us amidst an isolating culture and empowers us to carry on.

Cultivating a spiritual connection could be the missing piece in your life, especially if you are navigating health challenges.

In my years of shadow work and in witnessing profound transformations in others – I’ve come to understand that illuminating our inner light is essential to feeling our best. It not only liberates us from the past and also empowers us with the resilience needed to face life’s challenges.

One client recently asked me, “Is true recovery from deep seated trauma possible?” My response was simple yet profound, “The imprint remains, however, your inner light grows brighter, making the burden lighter.”

When you’re ready to explore how your spiritual well-being can enhance your overall vitality, I invite you to prioritize this on your path going forward, even before you worry about what’s on your plate.

This is why cultivating a spiritual practice is going to be your next vitamin protocol. I’ve got three invitations for you to start now!

Summer Solstice Sound Shamanic Sound Journey

This Friday June 21st 6:00pm – 7:30pm Eastern, we will gather at the Teal Center in Arlington, Virginia to welcome the arrival of Summer!

We will bathe in the gentle vibrations of drums, rainstick, bells, rattles, and crystal bowls. Prepare to light up your inner fire for the most active time of the year, Summer!

Monthly Full Moon Sound Healing

Our virtual sound healing feels like a gentle embrace as we make time to connect with ourselves, each other, and the moon in all of its glory.

This is our last Saturday gathering for the year on June 22nd at 7:30pm Eastern. It may be time to join us.

This Capricorn Full Moon will help you clear anything in the way of what you want to bring in your life. It’s a good time to make adjustments in several areas.

How are you doing with maturity, responsibility, and good time management? Are you able to “plan the work and work the plan”? Finally, are you balancing “hermit” time for yourself with your service to others as a wise elder?

The stars say leave no stone unturned, promising time for manifestation when you pair your actions and good intentions.

New Dates for Our Trip to Peru!

I am practicing the art of slowing down and have postponed our trip to Peru to September 20 – 27, 2025.

Perhaps it will be divine timing to join us.

Imagine:

  • Learning sacred Incan cosmology at the very ancient ruins encoded with their energy
  • Burning your fears in an Andean fire ceremony with an authentic Paqo (Peruvian Shaman)
  • Being guided on shamanic journeys to retrieve lost power
  • Soaking in a solar heated, floral bath under the stars
  • Eating lovingly prepared, gourmet, farm-to-table cuisine
  • Being supported by the sacred container of an allyu (community)

We will stay at Willka T’ika, Peru’s original wellness center nestled between Cusco and Machu Picchu. This luxurious sanctuary is known for their sacred chakra gardens, organic farm-to-table food, sightseeing and beautiful ceremonies.

You are welcomed to join us for one or all of these events.

It’s a gift to sit in circle with you!
Dr. Marie
