Isn’t it hard to believe that we’re entering the final weeks of summer?

My summer has been quite eventful. Looking back at the time since moving, I realize that so much has happened (both externally and internally) in such a short period of time. So when things slowed down the past couple of weeks, I was so grateful!

It’s been a much needed break from all the things necessary when moving to an entirely new home in a new state. Unexpected plumbing challenges complicated matters and my inner child has been unburdening deeply held grief alongside this. Yes, these are certainly connected.

The plumbing issue will be resolved and I’m feeling more rested and restored after a couple of easier weeks.

I’m remembering my dreams again which is probably one of my favorite parts of being human! 🙂

Now that my cup is full, I’m happy to support you with some upcoming healing opportunities!

Yes, the plants have been very accessible in this new location and they want to be a part of my medicine bag.

I’ve recently crafted my first flower essence from a local wildflower, and I’m thrilled with the profound sense of inner peace and freedom from vigilant thoughts that it’s brought me.
