The unpredictability of the weather here in the Mid Atlantic never ceases to amaze me! As I write this, there is a wild wind storm that has knocked out power for a few blocks. Winds of vast change would be welcome, in my opinion, because, no matter what your perspective is – antsy to settle into a new normal, or grieving the loss of greater freedoms – it just seems like we need an entirely new way. Recently, it’s also been a time of unprecedented phenomenon in the field of women’s health – you can hear more on the video and on my blog.
In lieu of a health tip, I’m reminding us of the importance of trusting and standing by our intuition. I recently had the pleasure of presenting a lecture on Radical Self Care for Loud Voices Together – reminding mothers how important it is to prioritize their self-care, just in time for Mother’s Day.
