We’re conditioned to see ourselves as physical beings who happen to have energy – and, in fact, our entire world is built around that assumption.
Yet, it’s actually the other way around: we’re ene.rgy first, and our body is formed from this energy.
This truth landed for me in a whole new way during Saturday morning yoga with Neva. As we moved through our practice, she offered a simple yet profound reflection:
“Our bodies don’t just have energy flowing through them – our bodies are energy condensed.”
This wasn’t new information – I’ve studied energy, consciousness, and vibrational medicine for years, but at that moment it crystallized within me. The concept became embodied and my perception simultaneously shifted.
I felt lighter. More spacious. My body softened. The mental weight I’d been carrying instantly felt distant and lighter because I’d re-attuned myself to this framework.
That moment of embodiment reminded me just how easily we forget who we really are.
We’ve been so deeply conditioned to reduce ourselves to the physical…to limit our perception to what we can measure, prove, or fix..to overlook the subtle language of energy – the very essence of our being – and instead, chase solutions outside of ourselves.
Not only is this orientation heavy, it can keep us stuck in loops of symptom and survival – disconnecting us from the more subtle language of our soul and energy body.
When we reorient and begin to see ourselves as the consciousness behind the form, we create more space for healing, change, and possibility:
✨ We begin to heal.
✨We become more sensitive to frequency as medicine
✨ We hold peaceful and harmonious states for longer stretches.
✨ We tap into a higher intelligence that knows how to guide, soothe, and restore.
✨ We open to new neural pathways, frequency healing, and inner responses we didn’t even know we had access to.
And this is powerful medicine – to see differently rather than doing more.
